My husband and I would like to rent a house at the Carolina Preserve for 3 months in 2009. Feb March and April. Any rental units available???

If you wanted to rent Feb through April of 2008, you might have better luck since there are a couple of investor-owned homes empty right now and people may want to rent them immediately short term rather than wait for the perfect tenant. You can get a list of rentals available from the CP Sales Center and start calling owners; or perhaps a better plan would be to ask a Sales Associate if there're any investors with completion dates at the end of 2008 who would be willing to rent to you.
