Looking to change my home insurance on my primary home in Morrisville.

Can someone recommend an no-nonsense insurance company / agent? I searched and see Erie recommended, any one have an agent?

thanks.

We have Erie through Bradsher and Bunn on Morgan St. in Raleigh. We have been very happy with them.

Thanks.

And is this the right question to ask:
1. if "Dwelling" property coverage is towards replacement value?
2. if "personal property" coverage is towards replacement value (rather than actual value)

Also, what do I do if my current insurance agent (with AAA) doesn't bother to attend to my request to cancel my current policy & importantly reimburse?
Current policy is via AAA and provider is American strategic insurance. (They bumped my renewal rate by 200 for no reason)
