I have not purchased the house yet.
But I am curious about this: which could be more easy to sell between townhouse and single house?

Too many variables. Location? Economy? Size? Amenities? Age?

No. It matters.

SFH are more desirable in most cases. But, if you have a TH in a great location and a SFH in a lousy one, the TH is more likely to sell faster.
