Which one would you recommend
Oaks At Turner Creek from MI vs Oaks At Sears farm from Pulte
both are same price range, is there a difference between MI vs Pulte when it comes to quality or anything which i might be missing.

Both are tract builders - quality is probably comparable. Location/schools/houseplan would be your tipping point.

I would probably pick the Sears Farm location over Turner Creek.
Farther from 55, and a lovely park across the street.

Agree 100%. But if schools are a factor for you, there is some capping in that area so look into that before you finalize your decision.
