A few have misinformation on here. I work for the Willow Spring Post Office and it IS THE SAME WILLOW SPRING IN WAKE, JOHNSTON AND HARNETT COUNTIES! Our zip code is 27592. We have 8 routes in our office and it does only have a couple of gas stations, Elementary School and Post Office. Fuquay Varina, Angier and Benson are the closest larger towns depending on which county you are in. I hope this helps.

What is your justification for saying that two locations with the same name, adjacent to each other, are "different willow springs"?? It's one unincorporated area that stretches from F-V to Clayton. Also, Google Maps is not actually an authoritative citation.
