If nobody chimes in with a recommendation you could give this place a call. They sell various Italian cookies so they may have biscotti too. They even have sfogliattelle!

All right, have you actually eaten anything from this place or are you just going by their "knowledge"? One thing we've never been able to find here is Italian pastries.

No I have not eaten there, that is why I suggested the OP call in case nobody else could give them a recommendation. As I said, I make my own biscotti, it is not something I buy at bakeries. I read about this place on here when someone wanted pastries for St. Joseph's day or Easter so they have some selection and could be worth a try.
I know Capri Flavors has cannoli shells and crème and then you can pipe them fresh if that is one pastry you are looking for. The shells are fine, I have had them but I make my own crème and I know it better than what they sell at any bakery!
Actually, in grocery stores, some of the Nonni's biscotti are very good - especially the chocolate and the limone. The Salted Caramel is manna from God.

You need to set up a booth at the farmer's market, preferably one close to me like Carpenter Village or downtown Cary. No pressure

Sal, if you make the anisette cookies or the iced lemon cookies like my grandmother used to make, I'll come and mow your lawn for a plate!!
