I am looking for a home inspector who can do pre-drywall inspection for my new town home in Cary during weekends. It would be even better if one can bundle both pre-drywall and final inspection together and give discount and still charge to the closing costs.
Please let me know if any recommendations. Thanks.
I doubt that you will find an inspector who will do the pre-drywall inspection, then wait 4-8 months to (maybe) get paid at closing. That's not reasonable on your part.
I'm also not sure it's reasonable to demand that they do the inspection on a weekend.
You'll have to pay up front, but you should be able to get reimbursed at closing if you're wanting to add those in.
