Anyone have a rec for a basic landscaper? I don't need a full on landscape architect or design firm. I need someone to move a few young trees/shrubs, replace a flower bed with bermuda sod, and lay about 600 sq feet of bermuda sod.

Heck, a skilled laborer could probably do it...but I'd rather go with someone that can source and bring the sod too.

We got a guy from SuperSod to lay about that amount of sod for us. How much prep work does the area need? Half the battle with sod is laying the ground work.

If you go to SuperSod at the Farmers Market you might be able to talk them into helping you out...

Sod is best laid when it's HOT outside, by the way. It needs heat and water to take root.

There is also a SuperSod storefront on Hwy55 headed south to Beaver Creek - closer to OP than the Farmer's market. They took over the "storefront" that used to be inhabited by a small nursery.
