Iv'e heard there's going to be stores like Golf Galaxy, Frank Theatres, CineBowl & Grill and more stores. near N.C 55 and interstate 540?

Recently there is some activity happening there. They have started cutting the trees near the town commons signboard.
Last I heard, Target was scheduled to open Spring 2014 and next will be Harris Teeter...

They always cut down all of the trees --- and then put up the "Tree Protection Zone" signs.

It is not a Kroger, it will in fact be HT...already purchased the land. It will be an urban version which has been piloted in Charleston, SC...

Things are at full swing. Target , Harris teeter , Frank cinemas etc have already purchased land there. Opening in spring 2014 I guess. Just across the street from us.
