I am helping a colleague with a one day (2 hour) class for rising college freshman. We need a meeting room or classroom. Does anyone have suggestions? Anyone have any experience with the Parks and Rec buildings for something like this? Wake county libraries? Any suggestions or comments on personal experiences would be appreciated!

Hope Church has classrooms that you can use. (I am not ANYWAY affiliated with this church - I have just seen them offer up rooms every now and again)
I know the cultural center in Holly Springs has a classroom too.

a few of the libraries have rooms you can reserve. The Cary Art center also has rent able classrooms.

Cameron Village Library has several meeting rooms of various sizes, including one with computer terminals, though you probably have to have a library card which means live in Wake county (since it's county-funded).
