Very good article that presents facts about the areas slowdown in growth. This will give the area a chance to catch our breath and complete the schools that are started to be better equipped to handle the next influx of residents, whether that be in a year or 5 years from now. The area is still growing but at a much slower pace. If the nations economy continues to stall than our area will slow down as well. IMO it will be an excellent time to re look at how we plan on managing growth and make the necessary changes to grow responsibly given the limited water resources and infrastructure needs and balancing those against the tax revenues our communities and state will have to work with.

Yes, that is a great article. I like how they point out that the EXPERTS are not calling for no growth or even slow growth. They are calling for moderate growth. This will be a great time to catch up the infrastructure. It is also a fantastic time to buy. The rates are low and there are more homes available. Good deals are out there and as the article states, they feel this is just a blip and things will pick up soon. For those that have not bought yet, you may want to think about buying during this prime time. Equity appreciation awaits you.

Great article and thanks for finding it.
