I doubt it would be bulldozed. I'm sure the fact that it's James Taylor's childhood home will be what attracts a buyer and I don't see why someone would bulldoze it. The auctioneer basically contradicted herself...first saying the fact that it's James Taylor's house would make the value skyrocket; and then saying that it would likely be destroyed when it's sold. Doesn't seem to make much sense.

What attracts the buyers is the 20 acres of land and how many McMansions a developer can squeeze on it. James' two million Facebook "likes" will not determine the value of the property.

You missed the part where she said the best use would be development. Unless he's got a wealthy stalker fan around here expect to see a bunch of houses in the land in the near future.
