Franchisor went bankrupt in 2011. Many stores had closed before then, more have closed since. None remaining in NC, only 1 each in VA, SC, and GA. Still common in FL, PA, and the midwest.
I quit going after they stopped issuing their amazing Restaurant.com gift certificates. I think they issued some which were $25 off with only a $35 spend. Most others were $25 off $50 or $75. Not sure how they stayed in business. Although drove by a few Sunday mornings and they were crowded.
