Honestly, I'm looking forward to the revitalization....it was never at the 'top' of my mall list, but it seems like a place that could be really successful. I went in Burlington a few times, not sure I bought anything

They opened a new store couple years ago in Garner at White Oak and still have a location on Capital Blvd. I actually like quite a bit of their clothes. Better then TJ Maxx the last few years.

Their big and tall selection was certainly better than any "non big and tall" store.

I'll have to check out the Garner one. I found a nice selection of inexpensive work tops at the Cary one. They've held up just as well as any I've bought at Kohl's or other stores.

Got some great deals on name brand ski coats (Helly Hansen, obermeyer) there over the years, but also looking forward to what's to come!

I loved their prices! Got a couple of "fancy" dresses there and even found a fascinator for a wedding back in the UK. The Garner one is far!!

The Garner store has a great selection. My family of four all bought coats from there.

BCF is under new ownership.

The previous owners stunk by treating all customers as thieves and not offering refunds even for defective items.

Many customers stopped coming to BCF.

In fact, all old BCF ads had to say "not connected with Burlington Industries" to preventt unhappy BCF customers from bothering Burlington Industries.

There was some talk of needing to tear down the south hills mall as part of the effort to expand the I-40/Beltline interchange.
