Looking for realtor recommendations for Cary area-please DM them as I know we can't list recommendations directly on the forum. Have kids in daycare and elementary age so want a realtor that knows the neighborhoods, schools and how crowded they are, neighborhoods that potentially could be reassigned in next few years, etc as I would plan to stay in this home for all school years. I'm from Raleigh so have familiarity with Cary and very aware of Wake County school system, potential for reassignment and am aware of new schools opening in 2017 and beyond in Cary. I know the area is sought after so looking for realtor that acts fast and is aware of new listings coming on the market. Looking for single family home-minimum 2500 square feet, minimum 4 bedrooms. Thanks in advance.
I'm sure you'll get plenty of good recommendations. However, keep in mind that neighborhoods that could be reassigned in next few years = pretty much all of them in a growing area such as this.
