What is the best thing of living in this community? It seems nice but in the middle of nowhere. i also heard they have issues with internet/ cell phone service and lots of snakes. i will worry about the snakes.

When you decide to go rural, you often will get on the fringes of internet/cell service, and often with limited choices of providers.

Snakes?
They are everywhere. And, usually not an issue.

I have Spectrum with 1/2G PS. It has been solid.

Cell phone. On the golf course, people steam music on all 18 holes.

You are 15 minutes from the grocery store, but do you move to a place called the "preserve" to be in an urban setting?
