I had a pair made at DelBianco Prosthetics and Orthotics in Apex almost 2 years ago for plantar fasciitis and just had them make me another pair and then refurbish my originals. Much better Pricing than my podiatrist. However, you will need to see a podiatrist first for a prescription.

Correct. He'll run it through insurance to see if covered. if not, it's around 400 I think. But best orthotics I've ever had (and I've had custom ones made by various specialists over the last 40 years).
