I was expecting this to be 100 years old from the design but it was built in 1988.

I've gotten used to seeing the same type of house over and over, this definitely doesn't fit the usual design. Not much market for something like this, I guess.

I think there are plenty of really unique houses around here outside the subdivisions, it's just that most people want to live in a neighborhood with the pool and the activities. Schools would be an issue for this particular house as well...and I don't like anything they did in the interior. It is cute otherwise though.

Refreshing to see something that isn't a tract built.

I can't tell if that house is trying to be vintage or modern

Houses in a victorian style? I've seen some 80s and 70s style homes but I think this is the first victorian inspired house I've seen.

Yes, I agree about the decor. I thought the stove and stained glass in the kitchen was pretty cool. I probably wouldn't have an antique stove like that but I love stained glass.

Unfortunate location on the corner of Tryon Road though. It has a lot of land, but that would take it out of the running for a lot of people, I think.

I did notice the location and it's not my favorite loc at all...but I sure do like that style. If I had 387k for a house i'd prolly go for it despite that. Maybe... Lol. I love that porch, upstairs abd back.

There's some Victorian style houses in Scotts Mill in Apex. Lots of different style homes there....I love that subdivision.
