We planted some shorted legged Lantana in our flower boxes.
They were doing great. Looms feel off a couple of weeks ago and I have been waiting for new buds to open.
NOT HAPPENING.

What's wrong?

All Lantana I've had bloom continuously....some blooms drop off while others are opening....mine have been in bloom since April.

Are they green and healthy, not too much water ?

Do your flower boxes have holes for drainage? How many hours of direct/indirect sun do they get?

Lantana is like a beautiful weed here in the Triangle. Grows like crazy and blooms beautifully without a bit of care, other than any pruning you need to do in the summer (mine is by my mailbox, and the postman asked me kindly to keep it cut away from the mailbox itself)

Yes green and healthy. Not overwatered.
Good drainage in flower boxes.
Direct sun much of the day.
Completely baffled.

Anyone know of a place that has some lantanas for sale still? I would like to add a few to the backyard. Closer to Raleigh the better.

I wonder if they are getting enough water. Since they are in a container and not in the ground they dry out faster and Lantana do need water. I did not water mine during the dry spell we are having and the less established plants ( all in the ground) were not blooming.
