I know it's sacrilege (and a little embarrassing to admit) but the soft serve from McDonald’s is pretty good. Not the level of Carvel 45 years ago, but WAY better than the Costco or any other place soft serve yogurt crap. That's about the only thing I don't like from Costco!
But for the REAL DEAL, head on over to one of the 8 local-ish locations of Goodberry's.
I hope this isn't a repeat post, if it is, I'm sorry!
Where would I find good soft serve ice cream? Something other than Dairy Queen. I've found great ice cream, but haven't run in to soft serve yet.
Thanks!
I love a good chocolate soft serve and it is so hard to find. I do like Goodberry's, but usually get a concrete with Heath bar mixed in. If you find a good soft serve place that has more than vanilla, please share!
I vote for Goodberry's too, but I think it's technically "custard" and not soft-serve ice-cream.
IMO, it's just semantics, but I felt it worth pointing out, since OP was specific. (I wouldn't want somebody to expect ice-cream and end up getting dis-custard. hahahahaha)
I know a lot of people also like Freddy's (one on Davis and High House, very near goodberry's). Just to present another option.
