It's late for rhubarb, isn't it? I think of it as being in season in the spring when strawberries are so folks can make that strawberry rhubarb pie.

Not a my place near Boone. It grows in my garden like a weed --- a very invasive plant.

I'd got a hankering to make some stewed rhubarb and custard....
