We’ve had a rash of new agents lately who aren’t reading the TOS.

In the TOS, there is a section that pertains to realtors on City-Data.

Please read it and take appropriate action.

Bottom line: you will never be allowed to solicit here. Don’t even try.

You do get some handy benefits, though.

All that said, any realtor who cannot read and follow rules is one I’d be leery to use or recommend to sell or buy property, so keep that in mind because I doubt I’m the only person with that perspective.
