You seem to just have an issue with feet. Why don't you want people wearing gloves? You've seen where people's hands go.

You're repulsed by the sight of feet? Really? And what part of the visible foot do flip flops cover up?

Oh God!

GREAT thanks now I will want gloves too.

In all seriousness - my mind is blown - this is one of the few things in life that I wouldn't think there'd be disagreement (shoes in restaurants). I don't care what people are wearing PJ wise, but puleeze people wear shoes.

Even if you have pristine feet.

It's gross but also is so tacky to me, but it's more about the gross. I didn't *think* I had any particular issue with feet that was unusual...

I'm not repulsed by the sight of feet! But you cannot tell me that bare feet walking around a restaurant is anything but repulsive unless you're a toddler.

Well, you can tell me that, but I am confident in my viewpoint here

I'm laughing so hard (seriously)

I am going to go eat lunch near you and walk around your table with my bare feet - I will bring everyone and we will all have a barefoot bonanza at the buffet

You said (multiple times) that bare feet are repulsive.

Ok, as long as they stay on the floor where they belong.

If you were a hotel owner here and demanded everyone wear shoes you'd be out of business in one month. The restaurants are right on the boardwalk and no hotel/motel patrons are wearing shoes when they come in to get a bite to eat. Half of the guys have no shirt and most of the gals are wearing bikinis.

The transients are fully clothed and covered in bile, excrement, blood, sweat, saliva, urine, dirt and filth.

I'll take option A. So you'd rather have a fully clothed transient to wait on vs some young people in swim wear?

Bare feet IN RESTAURANTS are repulsive. Bare feet in general are not repulsive, BC. Unless you are putting them all over the seat tray in the airplane. But I guess that's another thread.

Don't over think it.

Please post a picture of your feet so we can evaluate whether you are being untoward in the restaurant.

Thanks for this. It's been a crappy day at the office so far, and a good lunch chuckle hit the spot perfectly :-)
