Senior living in Raleigh. I'm looking to retire next year and with that to find an apartment I can afford on SS & a little more. Maybe a mother in law suite in a large older home?? Date of move would be 2019 earliest April but before end of June. The large independent living places are much too expensive for my income & want others in the community to also be seniors. Crying the same old tune, not sure how to get what I am looking for so throwing this out there. Maybe an empty nester would convert part of big old house into the perfect apartment. Looking for long term stay-put God willing. Investors needed to meet this baby-boomer demand with not yet enough supply!
