That means they can help 281 families. I wonder what the affordable housing NEED is in # of units? And without details on those that are "sold" instead of rented, it's hard to say over what period the house is repaid, which allows them to replenish their funds and go buy more properties.
Now, when they combine it with zoning that more units, and also engage outfits like Habitat for Humanity, then it can be key.
