I've worked really hard to make a local website for Cary and now I need to populate it - unfortunately I need to advertise it (the part that I hate). I'm thinking I could offer local businesses listings on it in exchange for me putting flyers in their newsracks. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Quick note to the moderators: I'm not advertising the website here! No link is even posted and I will not say the name of the website! This is a legitimate post!

I think having the right "tags" on the website and enough relevant material so that your website would pop up in Google searches when people type in topics related to Cary would probably be the most important way to make sure people are aware of your website.
