My husband and I are considering building a home in Silverleaf subdivision located in Granville County but has a Youngsville address (don't really understand that one) Has anyone had any experience with Silverleaf ? Any information will be helpful! Builder information, quality of homes, neighborhood etc. I am excited about the possibilities of custom building, but would like do a little more research.
Thanks in advance for your response

You will be paying Granville County Taxes, even though the address is Youngsviile. It is not uncommon for parts of towns to cross into diff counties.

Sorry, I have not been in Silverleaf to know who the builders are.

Default silverleaf in youngsville, nc

don't know if you're still looking, but i know several peoplel who live in silverleaf and love it. the builder is great, the homes are gorgeous. all that with southern and relocated neighbors who are so sweet and care about each other. you can't always find that. it is beautiful and wooded and worth the money. we are looking into building here because it is so nice and everyone seems so happy with their home and surroundings. you should look into this area more.

Depends on which builder. Do check them out as there is one builder (still don't know if he is in there) to beware of. Great area, beautiful homes. This is common about addresses.
