Hi! I am a school leader looking for an empty building for lease to house a charter school. This can be a church with available space, a youth center, etc. Any one have any leads?

this is a serious question, as someone who generally supports the idea of trying alternative methods in school...

Did they approve a charter for your organization without any identified space? Elementary? Middle?

Which county is this in? How much space?

And why weren't these obvious points to make?

It doesn't show on the list of Approved Charter schools, which was published in October and highlights new schools.

I'd imagine OP needs the space to get the school approved. Looking on Facebook by the name the OP the goal is to open 2023.

Did you contact a few Commercial Real Estate agents?
They know about abandoned, foreclosed grocery stores, warehouse spaces etc.
A friend of mine who ran a dojo, wanted to relocate to a better venue and got a lot of help from one.
