Our house in KY finally sold so we're finally ready to start looking here. I am looking for a Realtor who can help us find a home on an acre or more within a 20-30 min commute of RTP (near 55 at 540). We've been casually looking in North Raleigh, North Chatham County, and southern Chapel Hill so I'd like someone who is familiar with these areas.
I'm thinking I'll start another thread asking for help with location suggestions.
