I was just sitting here, thinking, "Didn't this growth thing get mentioned a couple of weeks ago?" Then I looked at the date of the article that In & Out posted & saw that the published date way July 10th. Sure enough, we already have a thread from earlier this month that talks about these rankings. For those who are interested, here's a link.
