What area of Cary are you looking in, and what hours are you looking at when you say "full time"?

My neighbors go to the one in West Cary by Morrisville I think. They love it there!

There are actually only 4 in what could be considered the Cary area:

Primrose at West Lake (Apex) Primrose School At West Lake

Primrose of West Cary
Primrose School Of West Cary

Primrose of Cary
Primrose School Of Cary

Primrose School at the Park
Primrose School At The Park

I live right by Primrose of Cary, so a lot of my neighbors have their kids there and they like it a lot, but I've heard nothing but good about any of them. I'd suggest picking by availability and by the one closest to you.

There are 4 others in the Triangle, but they are all in North Raleigh, Wake Forest, or Durham and would be a pretty healthy commute from Cary.

I think you might get more responses if you said "daycare" instead of preschool. Preschools are typically just for a few hours a day and most are church affiliated but there are some that are independent as well.

FWIW, my child just left Primrose of West Cary and we were very satisfied with that program. Not only the preparation but also the nice people. Good management.
