Looks like it will be a nice weekend after some early rain on Saturday. And for many of you good folks, it's a three day weekend.

So, what's happening in the Triangle?

Diwali: Indian Festival of Lights. Saturday, 11am-8pm. Koka Booth Amphitheater.

What else?

We will be at Diwali. We go every year and just LOVE it. This years headliner should be fun! She's gorgeous and extremely talented! I read they're expecting over 10,000 people there this year!

I always had Columbus Day off in RI - not here. No 3 day weekend for me so I'll have to make the most of Sat/Sun!

I'm a federal employee, so I have Columbus Day off!

We are going to the Buddy Walk on Sunday for Down Syndrome awareness. Rachel, Alex, and Leah of Signing Time fame will be there doing a live show, so we are really excited for that as my 2 yo is a big ST fan.
