Can someone verify this? I heard today via another local board that one of the definite tenants in this space is... Adam and Eve!!! Am I the only one who finds this hard to believe? Wow--in such a visible spot... I find that really surprising.

I read that, too, Procfreq. A couple of weeks ago when I drove by that site, I noticed a van that had "Adam & Eve" painted along the side was parked in front of the northernmost of the two buildings, so I've had my suspicions for a while now.

Look at it this way: Adam & Eve is a local company with their headquarters located in Hillsborough. Shouldn't we be encouraging local businesses to thrive within the Triangle?

We've seen the van parked out front, too. Yeah, you usually don't see these places in such prominent locations. But hey, c'est la vie. I imagine that's gotta be a recession-proof industry.

...indeed, it's an Adam & Eve, and apparently lots of people have their knickers in a bind over it. This will be interesting...

I thought I saw a T-Mobile marquee hiding behind one of the coverings...the southernmost building.

Boorrrring. I was hoping for a religious bookstore or something across from the Adam & Eve. Let the free market figure it out.

Yeah, T-Mobile is in the building right on the corner. There is some sort of nail, hair or beauty place beside T'Mobile. And Adam and Eve is in the twin building right next door.

I personally find those huge columns on those buildings to be more offensive than what is in the buildings. Those buildings will not stand the test of time... much like the "old" Harris Teeter Shopping center right around the corner.
