I tried to take my daughter there last night but the lights were off. It was raining and I didn't want to hassle taking my daughter out of the car seats since we were going to need to head elsewhere so I didn't go up to the door to see if there were any notices.

I've always wondered if they were doing enough business to stay afloat. Lunch seemed to do OK crowd wise but that wasn't true 100% of the time and often we'd go in for dinner and be 1 of 3 tables. My only complaint was that some of the items, the ribs in particular were inconsistent.

Very nice owners. Hopefully they just had to close for the day for some odd reason, but if they have gone under best of luck to those guys.

Default I believe it has closed!

I noticed a few days ago that it looks closed. A couple of people tried the door, which was locked. Then they peered into the window. That's what made me notice it was closed.

Say it isn't so. I love that place. I think it had a bad location for traffic. There wasn't a lot of people in there whenever we went.

Oh NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Their BBQ was the best I've had anywhere here in 20 years! Not dry or looking like it had already been chewed up. Darn it anyway!!!!

I think you're right C.Dude - bad location!! If you didn't know it was there you'd never see it.....

I went by there today at about 12:30 to look for myself and sure enough the doors were locked! Its odd that if they did go out of business that there are no signs on the doors or windows indicating that. I did enjoy going there for their food as everything was very good. Sad indeed.

Tried to go there for the first time two Saturdays ago, at around noon, and they were closed. The least they could do is put a note on the door with something - heck, lie to me. I'll never go back anyways, but now, if they do re-open, I'll always think they were temporarily shut down due to health code violations.

Their website is still up, but when I tried to call the number yesterday after reading here about the closing there was no answer. At their site it says they had a big fundraiser last weekend for someone with health problems.....wonder if that went off.....
