Utilities in Cary for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (average cost, bills)

Hello,
I am trying to create a budget and was wondering if anyone had any input?
I am trying to figure out what the average utility bills would be on a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Cary. If you could share with me, that'd be helpful.
I am looking for the prices of electricity and water only, and would just be 2 people in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment.

You should be able to call Progress Energy and the City of Cary to get the average cost of bills for the last 12 months.
