We have the same exact thing going on with a Walgreens here where I live in Roanoke Va. that company must be having some issues. The whole outer part of the building is done but the inside is empty lol. Btw is that Harris Teeter you're talking about near completetion? I ask because I may be relocateing there to take a job with HT. Thanks!
Last I heard, that Harris Teeter is supposed to open by Labor Day, but who knows... (My hubby words for HT.)

Although that one does not look like they have even started, they have started one not too far away in Cary, NC on the corner of Ten Ten and Kildaire Farm Rd.
Same thing just happened here in NJ with Walgreens. They were building one across the street from our well established CVS (near our house) and just stopped in the middle of construction. Now it's an ugly construction site. Seems like such a waste.
I noticed today while driving down Holly Springs Rd. that this Walgreens at the intersection of Holly Springs Rd. and Sunset Lake Rd. had its lights on! Did anybody else notice this today? The inside was completely empty, but maybe they are going to finish building it??? We shall see....
Hey...I noticed it too...they are still on tonight. Its totally empty tho, and no cars are there that I could see. Strange....
