Hi!! Can anyone suggest intramural softball or volleyball leagues in the Raleigh area?

Raleigh Parks & Rec has an adult softball league:

RecLink : Activities

and several volleyball leagues (sand, indoor...). You can search their website for the specifics.

If you live in another town (Cary, Apex, etc.,) they might have them, too. Not sure what you mean by 'in the Raleigh area'.

Tri sports has them.. I'm currently playing an indoor volleyball league with them. Look here for details: TRI SPORTS, Where Triangle Professionals come to MEET and COMPETE!

There is sand volleyball at the RTP fields, on the corner of Cornwallis and East Insitute Dr. I played softball there in the RTP league, and there were volleyball matches every night.
