I am looking into some townhomes for rent in Cornerstone Park in North Raleigh off Glenwood near Ebenezer Church Rd. Just wondering if anyone has experience or comments about the feel of the area, community, homes in general, etc. I will be commuting down Glenwood to near the Crabtree mall. Thanks!

You are the luckiest1 indeed. I've been living there for 3 years or so and the community is nice. You'll have a pool plus a gym, supermarket and pub you can stagger home from. Area is perfectly safe and in a great location to the airport, Raleigh or Durham. The community is half Centex and half another builder who's name escapes me. As you are renting this question probably doesn't matter to you.

Best of luck

M

I live in a townhome community just down Eb. Church from Cornerstone called Camden Park. I've been there 3.5 yrs and love the immediate area. I feel safe to walk at night, forget to lock my car half the time and have never heard of any violent crime in my neighborhood. I've even looked and find no registered sex offenders nearby.

Cornerstone Park and Camden Park are some of the most desirable townhouses/homes in North Raleigh.

They are well maintained by the HOA and the location to 540 and RTP are excellent.

My mom lives in Cornerstone Park, she has lived there almost 4 years and thoroughly enjoys the neighborhood. I visit her often and we walk in the neighborhood. It is a great area right in the center convenient to 40,70,RTP, and Brier Creek.
