I miss Poland Springs water too. I was dismayed when I flund out BJ's doesn't sell it down here and Deer Park just doesn't cut it. Check CVS- I have seen it there occasionally. The closest bottled water I can handle is Lowe's Food brand.

Have you tried Food Lion? I saw it at the one in Durham. Deer Park is pretty good too but I actually miss my Zephyrhills water from FL.

Default This is for the Philly people!

What I miss are tastykakes, amoroso rolls, soft pretzels, and a really good pizzasteak! A decent canolli would be great too!

Try Costco's Kirkland brand. My husband swears it's the best he's found down here for non-carbonated water.

My husband used to work for Poland Spring water so we used to get free bottles every day. I agree that nothing compares. We recently bought Deer Park since its the same company but I think it has a sharper taste. So far I tried Lowes Water which isn't that bad and just went to Costco to get Kirkland which is now my favorite.

Other than the water, I miss good NY fresh warm bagels.

Wow! Does this mean I will finally lose those few extra pounds when I move to Clayton?

Wait, what about Hostess Twinkies......and my absolute favorite, Hostess chocolate cupcakes with the swirled icing on top??? Should I pack some of those, too?
Merita bread store on New Bern Ave (aka Hwy 64) sells Hostess... I promise they had that stuff last time I was in there!
Its at the shopping center where the Kmart used to be, Golden Corral and Kroger are still there.

Whoever mentioned Fluff, you can get it at Lowes Foods now too...
