Does anyone know why "ALL" the homes in Kenion Grove subdivision are for sale buy owner? I looked thru the neighborhood last week and there were no sales signs anywhere, but this week every home had a sign posted in their yard. Seems very strange.

Default Kenion Grove "FOR SALE BY OWNER"

Yadora: Some of the first buyers at Kenion Grove paid much more for their home than what the current homes are selling for. That means if those people wanted to sell they would have to compete with the newly built homes selling for much less (due to the housing slump). SO... One of the residents organized a protest by putting the signs up in an effort to keep new potential residents from buying the new, cheaper homes from what I understand.
It really seems to be a great community and you do get a lot of house for your money. You won't find a brand new home that size in Hillsborough for that amount... I've been looking for quite sometime.

Here's the article...
