Hi
I am looking for 1 Bed apartment for short term (6 months)

Can someone suggest good apartments which offer the short term lease? Most of the apartments I came across are offering 12/15 month lease.

Cheers
S

Vista at the Park - on Rt 55 in west Cary, close to Morrisville and RTP. We stayed there for a couple of months before we moved into our house.

i'm not sure about the 1br prices but i found 2br apts were a lot more expensive than renting a house for 6 months. when we sold our house we had a heck of a time finding a reasonable 6 month option. but ultimately renting a house was the way to go. good luck

Legends at Preston on Morrisville parkway. I rented for 7 months while I looked for a house in 2007

Crosstimbers in Morrisville as 6 month leases at no extra cost. Treybrooke also does 6 month leases, but for an additional $50/mo.
