sadly, Conti's closed. Does anyone know of an italian grocery anywhere in the triangle area? I'm looking to buy a certain flour pizzamaking (Ca**** 00).

Or, if anyone knows a place that might carry that flour that would be helpful too. I'm told it's hard to find. Thanks.

Wow, for some reason the software is blocking the name of the company that makes that flour! I don't know what else to type here. I'll sound it out:
ca
pu
toe

maybe that will work?

Try Capri Flavors in Morrisville. Capri Flavors :: Fine Italian Food

It could be something that A Southern Season would carry too. www.southernseason.com

Capri did not excite me. I thought it had a limited selection of pastas and sauces.

Maybe Tipsy Gourmet in Wake Forest. They have lots of different flours and are always willing to try to find products if they don't carry them.

DaVinci's in Wake Forest on Rogers Road has good Italian food, but you would have to ask my wife about the specifics. If your in the area definitley worth stopping in.

Default Italian 00 Flour

I have discovered that the Butcher's Market in Cary has Caputo 00 flour in 2-1/2 lb. bags.
