What is the general population of Cubans or Cuban Americans in the Raleigh area? Are foods and restaurants catering to ethic meals readily available? Many thanks!

I can't add too much except that my friend's hubby is Cuban American and I know he's been pleased with a couple of restaurants that serve authentic Cuban food (in the triangle). I think one might be at Brier Creek and the other in Durham? Can't remember for sure but you can search for them in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill.
