its the Cow Parade. art. several cities have public art displays periodically. Stamford, CT had the Cow Parade several years ago. It draws people in, makes for conversation and is good for local business. and its usually way cool.

The cows were being "dropped" at North Hills today, so I was lucky enough to get pictures of a few of them. Note that I took the photos on Instagram, so the detailing and colors are enhanced. They will be on=site until January. For more information, go to: Cow Parade NC

Given the lack of political campaign signage, it's obvious that Sally is still <*ahem*> "udderly" undecided about who to vote for .....
