Hi - I am hoping someone can tell me a little bit about Heritage Hills. I have been searching for homes and it seems like those in this neighborhood are somewhat more affordable than other subdivisions. I can see that the homes are older and may be in need of updating, but is there any other reason that prices are relatively low here? Is there anything "wrong" with this area? Does it not fall into the Chapel Hill School District?

Thanks!!

It's in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro school district, but yes, the homes are much older, and it is pretty far out there.
