Cleaning Services/Heritage Wake Forest-Rolesville (live in, residential, area)

I am looking for a residential cleaning service that will do a bi-weekly cleaning. I am basically looking for someone or a team who is thorough, reliable and trustworthy and someone I won't have to worry about being in my home. They would also need to service Wake Forest/Rolesville area (we live in Heritage just over the Rolesville town line)...I really would like personal recommendations as it is frightening to think of just picking someone off the internet!
