The problem with putting a Dave and Busters or any arcade themed establishment is the class of people that show up. I know Adventure Landing off Capital is an absolute nightmare after 5 or 6 at night. And every time I've gone, there's been police patrolling and even "guarding" the entrance. We had one open in the suburbs of Richmond and right away there was a shooting at 2AM in the parking lot. That's the only incident I have heard of, but I agree and would never step foot in one at night.
When we were living in Cary and were thinking about business opportunities we contacted the Original Pancake House, but were told someone had rights to the Triangle. Not sure if that's still true. That's my favorite breakfast place and even though people rave about Briggs (sp?) and we lived 0.5 miles from the one in Cary, I wasn't impressed.
