I agree with the Dave & Busters. The pizza being bad is exaggerated. There are plenty of places with good pizza.

That's not really a franchise thing though. You kind of have to be from NYC or surrounding area to understand what a good one is like too.

Wake Forest could really use a Char-Grill. I'd imagine it would do fairly well.

We had one open in the suburbs of Richmond and right away there was a shooting at 2AM in the parking lot. That's the only incident I have heard of, but I agree and would never step foot in one at night.

When we were living in Cary and were thinking about business opportunities we contacted the Original Pancake House, but were told someone had rights to the Triangle. Not sure if that's still true. That's my favorite breakfast place and even though people rave about Briggs (sp?) and we lived 0.5 miles from the one in Cary, I wasn't impressed.
