RDU Concrete did ours 2 years ago and we LOVE it. Great definition in the stamps - it makes all the difference. Our neighbors had one done and you can see the difference easily. Theirs has no definition and they have one color. Doesn't even come close to looking like real stone.
Make sure you see photos from whomever you go with!
I had Tim Tant from driveway specialists redo my driveway over a year ago and he just stamped a patio area for me last week, came out great! Call him @ 919-870-7989 and tell him Ron from Cary recommended him.
The sealer really make the colors pop, shiny but looks great. You can add an anti slip ingredient into the sealer for skid resistance.

RDU Concrete did right by me. I highly reccommend them.
Dave, you live in Ravenstone right? Feel free to stop by and see my patio (PST me for my address) or...here, I'll just post some pics. I had it done by Carolina Concrete Concepts and love it.

I was able to talk them down to $3k for 450 sq ft, if it helps to have a price benchmark.
Yup, Ravenstone. We've been told the price should be in the $10-$12 per sf range. We are looking to get a 10'-14' slab installed.
Did you have to go through the HOA before you had it installed?
by the way, that looks very nice. I'll have to talk to my wife to see if she would like to stop and check it out if that's ok?
Just did a little math and it looks like you paid under $7 a sf. wow, great price.
How long ago did you have it done?
