Hello everyone! I am very excited to say that my family and I will be relocating to Raleigh for my husbands job. We are in our early thirties with 2 small children (2 & 4) and need advice from those of you that know the area well-on the best places or neighborhoods to look for housing. My husband's restaurant is in the Crabtree shopping complex, so we are hoping to be relatively close to there. Looking for the obvious-low crime, parks, good schools, family-oriented..etc. We are looking to rent so that we can get a feel for the area before just buying-condo, townhome, or apt. doesn't really matter. We need a 2 bedroom, and are looking to try and stay around $800.00. Thanks in advance for any help/advice you can give, and I can't wait to get there!!
crabtree is a fabulous area.....you won't find any crime around those parts thats major (robbery, murder, such and such)....
