Hello - Im at wits end! We have had numerous problems with our heat pump since purchasing our home 6 years ago We have replaced the compressor & numerous other parts within the unit. We have had at least 4 different technicians come out & troubleshoot & repair. It works for a while & then it stops working again (every summer & every winter)!
We have something major going on & need a reputable person that has the patience to troubleshoot it. Our experiences in the past is that no one wants to take the time to thoroughly inspect the unit & they try to fix it by putting a band aid on the problem?
We have followed up with the technicians & they either dont return our calls or they tell us they cannot find anything wrong?
We have put a lot of money into repairing the unit - We should buy a new one, but cant afford to at this point!
Can someone recommend a reputable person to us? Im in the Youngsville/Wake Forest Area? Thanks so much!
